- Free Downtown Shuttle Service Begins Monday, December 10
A collaborative partnership between the Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority, Grand Rapids Parking Services, and the Monroe North Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) has created a new, free transit service in the Monroe North corridor.
